The wild looking Guild X-79 Skyhawk was produced in small numbers, with
just under 200 specimens in existence. As a short-lived guitar that gave
into some of the popular features of the '80s such as a Floyd Rose
locking trem, 24-fret fingerboard and radical body shape.
This specific guitar was just fully set up and restrung. Nice, low action. As you can see in the pictures, there is some ware on the piece, minor dings/dents/chipped paint. Nothing overwhelming though. Unsure if any parts have been swapped or not. Comes with black grover machines. The truss rod cover is missing. As pictured, where the neck meets the body the paint has a small crack. It is in the paint only and not the guitar.
This piece comes with the original hard shell guild case as well as the trem arm.
