About This Listing

Vintage Rega Planar 2 (P2) 'table, fitted with a brand new  and carefully tuned to perfection in our shop.

Fantastic example of simplicity in design and function, with no fancy or over-the-top features.

Featuring a 10mm solid glass platter, manual belt & drive, and great looking (in style and color) vintage logo.

More on this 'table from Andrew Grant via Record Player Pros:

"Rega was founded by a true and dedicated audiophile - Roy Gandy. Before the company was first born, you could find him modifying turntables with his buddies in-house. Fast-forward to 1975 and he was just putting out the original Planar 2 turntable. What separated a Rega turntable from the competition back then is what continues to separate a Rega turntable from the competition today - a commitment to the finest of details and willingness to make improvements for the sake of sound itself.

If you're unfamiliar with the setup of a turntable we can help on the phone or via FaceTime during your initial unboxing.  We’ve done this a bunch of times with great success and are happy to help you get the most out of your turntable experience.
