Designed and developed in England and beta-tested by top producers and artists, the Sontronics ARIA features a large, 1.07-inch, edge-terminated cardioid capsule that will reproduce all the finest details of any female or male vocal performance. And thanks to Sontronics' trademark smooth-high-frequency-rolloff, you'll end up with stunningly clear top end, smooth, warm mids and a juicy bottom end, especially when taking advantage of the proximity effect.
On the accompanying power supply unit you'll find pad (0, -10dB) and filter (linear, 75Hz) switches to give you even more control. The Sontronics ARIA boasts a European 12AX7/ECC83 valve, which lends a character to your recordings that you would expect to find in a classic vintage valve mic costing many times more.
