Jupiter JHR-745 Bb Horn serial number #D02491.
I don't know much about this horn. I have heard it be called a double horn, a descant horn, a single horn, etc. However, this one does have a thumb rotor that changes the key, so I have been told.
This one is in pretty decent working shape.
