This is a RARE Couesnon Flugelhorn.
Couesnon flugelhorns are perhaps the most sought-after flugel in the world. Their unique, live tone quality makes them instantly recognizable and desirable. This one is in not great cosmetic condition, good playing condition. Silver plate looks good. Valves all work and this horn plays pretty well. These earlier instruments have essentially the same shape and sound as the later Couesnons, so here's a great chance to get that great Couesnon sound.
