Description:

The Allen & Heath GS3 – 24 is an 8 group in-line recording console with mute automation and was originally designed as a partner to 8, 16 and 24 track tape machines. It features on-board MIDI Mute automation of all channel, monitor and effects send and rerun mutes. Four dedicated stereo effects returns and the two signal paths per channel provide a maximum of 72 inputs all with EQ available for mixdown. The preamps on his board go up to 70 DB of gain and the EQ is sweet. This is an amazing recording console which can be used for track as well as summing, It would also me make for an incredible Live FOH console.
