Fender Classic Player Baja Telecaster Neck - Custom Shop Designed

The neck has the following specs:
  • 1-piece maple neck with a soft "V" shape/profile.
  • Maple fingerboard with 9.5" radius and 21 medium jumbo frets.
  • Bone nut custom installed by Matt Bergdorf at Woodsongs Lutherie in Boulder, Colorado.
  • Neck depth at 1st fret: 0.858"
  • Neck depth at 12th fret: 0.984"
  • Vintage Fender tuners.
  • Circular string tree retainer for the B and High-E strings.
The frets hardly have any fret wear at all.  The neck is essentially brand new from a playing perspective.

A custom bone nut was installed by Woodsong's Lutherie and is cut for higher action (blues bending).  Matt at Woodsong's does excellent work and this is a much better nut than the original one that came with the guitar.

The soft-V neck profile feels wonderful.  I'm not sure why this isn't the default standard neck shape that Fender uses on all of its Strats and Teles.  This is an excellent feeling neck.  It's on the bigger side, but the profile feels great.  Not too big, not too small, feels just right.

Please let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them and help you make any decisions regarding purchasing this neck.  Thanks for looking!
