I believe this was made 1979-80 in Quebec Canada by a company started by Robert Godin. This pre-dates la Patrie and Godin brands and a real collectors piece.

It is a one-owner guitar that was purchased to learn on until they discovered how difficult learning guitar can be. So it was neatly packed away, literally put under the bed and the case was opened just a few days ago, the first time in 30 years. The guitar is flawless except the strings are original and you may want to change them. Not a scratch or mark, zero wear on the frets. Neck is straight. Has a nice woody tone you only get from aged woods but this guitar needs to be played. This guitar is made from all solid woods. One striking feature is the deep angle of the headstock. Puts a nice tension on the strings. Includes its original Evette (Canadian made) form fitting hardshell case, with key!

A true collectible and should be in the Godin front office.
