DESCRIPTION

The Genzler Amplification Bass Array offers a unique approach to bass cabinet design. The Bass Array 210-3 combines the punch and quickness of dual 10" drivers, in a vented bass reflex design, and the performance and pattern control of 4x3" neodymium drivers built down the center of the cabinet. This not only offers a unique look to the cabinet but provides many benefits to the player in a compact package.

The 2-10" ported woofers offer full, deep, low frequency response while taking advantage of the 4x3" cones to lower midrange and high frequency distortions. This design provides an incredibly clean articulate sound that can not be achieved by a conventional tweeter due to the tweeters inability to accurately reproduce midrange frequencies. Also, due to the design of the cabinet the mid and high frequencies disperse in a much broader pattern allowing much wider horizontal dispersion. This offers more even dispersion around the stage and audience.

For the player this translates into a focused, defined and seemless response throughout the Bass Array 210-3's entire range. The placement of the 4x3" array allows the cabinet to produce a "single point source projection" that feels as though all the sound is coming from the same linear plane, while offering a wide horizontal dispersion that offers even projection around the perimeter of the stage and audience.

This cabinet is part of a COMMEMORATIVE LIMITED EDITION run from Genzler Amplification. In celebration of their new company and this unique cabinet design, Jeff Genzler has signed and numbered the first 50 units to be produced. This particular unit is #23 of 50.

Keep in mind that, although this cabinet is new and has never been sold, it has been on display in our busy bricks-and-mortar shop and has been demo-ed by a few potential buyers. As a result, expect to find typical signs of light wear and tear, including dust, fingerprints, and small dings, scuffs & scratches on the vinyl.
