1978 Fender MusicMaster with upgrades and OHSC

This vintage Fender electric guitar is very special and very awesome. It has a vintage antiquity neck pickup and a vintage Seymour Duncan invader in the bridge position, the cavity is copper shielded. The intonation is set and it rings like a bell. It has new light gage strings. The frets are in great shape. The finish is Fender’s burgundy mist, and may be originally done by the Fender factory even though the guitar was originally sonic blue, which you can see peaking through in certain spots of the guitar where it is worn, they are known for doing this to cut down in production cost. If it is not the original finish, it is still very old and shows it’s age throughout, which looks so cool in my opinion. But the way it sounds and plays is enough to say this guitar is one of the best guitars I’ve ever owned. It is now ready for a new owner and I am excited to pass it along. It comes with the original fender hardshell case with black tolex exterior and maroon interior.
