About This Listing

This is a rare 1965 Supro Holiday Res-O-Glas white electric guitar.  This guitar was made for just 2 years between 1965-1966.  The guitar features 1 single bridge pickup, and a 3 position switch for various tone arrangements.   The guitar is also equiped with 3 individual volume control knobs which are directly associated with the players chosen switch position, as well as a single master volume knob located just below the 3 position switch.  This unusual configuration allows the player to control the overall volume being played amongst any of the selected switch positions and enables the player to use the other volume knobs as a type of tone control.

Over the years Supro guitars have been known to be used by such notable players as Jack White, Dan Auerbach, Jimi Hendrix, and Frank Zappa just to name a few.  They have become very collectable and prices on these instruments have recently been climbing higher than most other brands of the time.

Players, collectors, and all that simply enjoy cool looking guitars are going to love this one.
