I am not a dealer. Gear I attempt to sell here is from my personal collection.
I have seen parlor guitars like this on other web sites. It is on claims from those sites that I'm basing the date on this guitar as I am unable to find sufficient verifiable info to the contrary. This is the "brother" guitar to one I just sold on Reverb. The "sister" was older. I got them both, in bad condition, at a flea market some time ago. The seller said that the pair were owned by a brother/sister act from the Carolinas. This guitar, like others I have seen, though infrequently, has a bolt-on neck separate from the body construction, a truss rod and an attached bridge. The guitar has all the dings you would expect from a guitar over 50 that has been played. But, I do believe it was cared for. There is no serious damage.
