The Oberheim Cyclone is a MIDI arpeggiator
- MIDI clock and "Tapped Tempo"
- 16 ROM and 16 RAM programs
- up to three arpeggios simultaneously
- Arpeggiated patterns can cloned, transposed, repeated and inverted
This rare Oberheim Cyclone MIDI arpeggiator, this is one of, if not the most advanced hardware arpeggiator ever produced. It interfaces with midi gear to create complex interactive musical patterns, it can be used as a master clock device, or slave to drum machines or a DAW
Very VERY hard to find. This was just serviced (July 2, 2019). It has a brand new battery/clip and a new logic supply regulator.
I am the original owner. I believe it is version 1.2. It's been kept in a smoke-free professional home studio. I have the original manual and will include the 4 MIDI cables pictured. I taped the names of the connectors on the top because of where this unit was situated - it made it easier to see the inputs and outputs - easier to connect and disconnect. $375.
