1936 National New Yorker three pickup Bakelite beauty ( this is the pre-war model to get)

SN# B1045. This is probably a late 1936 or possibly early 1937. This is apparently one of the most desirable of all the New Yorker variations.  This three pickup model is in incredible condition. The black and white finish and inlays are near perfect. Lots of cool detail and all in very fine condition.  Very little corrosion or pitting on metal parts. This guitar has not been modified or repaired or even cleaned. The pots are scratchy, and the treble control appears to be frozen in the mid position according to the dot. All the other pots move freely. I have freed frozen parts before with spray but decided not to pull this guitar apart as it still sounds bright. Again,  I decided not to pull the guitar apart as not a screw has ever been turned on this example. The pickups are strong and this guitar sounds sweet. Tunes right up to pitch and holds tune. Tuners operate perfectly. Cosmetically it is beautiful with no damage of any kind to the finish or parts. Original non skid coating is still in place on the bottom and looks almost new which just supports the fact that this guitar was rarely used. If you want an example that is original with no obvious issues, modifications, or damage at a reasonable price, this might be the one for the collection.   I am not a shop and am not able to process returns. Will arrive with solder dot cable. Please ask any and all questions before purchase. I am conservative in my descriptions check my feedback.
