Vintage original Klira Twen star 162-2/3 model. Made in Germany for only 2 years 1965-1966 this version of the twen star bass is extremely rare. Very similar in build to the hofner 500/1 in size and sound. Small total hollowbody with arch top and cats eye f-holes. Has 2 Sungle coil pickups that deliver an ultimate woody thick tone. The action and playability is nice and comfortable. Tuning keys are tight and hold tune excellent. Strap button on heel has been added at some point and does have various finish checks.
