1974 Buffet Crampon Super Dynaction Alto Saxophone (s/n 22,0xx)

Considered one of the best saxophones of its time, the Super Dynaction is often compared to the Selmer Mark VI. This late model has the updated keywork of the later S-1 model: rollerlesss low C/Eb keys, an articulated low F#, and the famous S-1 pinky-cluster, along with the resonator bell-brace of the S-1. This provide the quick light action of a modern horn, while retaining the rich dark tone of a vintage sax.

As you can see in the pictures, the original lacquer is in very good condition (over 90% intact). This pro level sax has been fully restored with white Kangaroo skin pads and plastic resonators, and was recently serviced. Includes the original mouthpiece and a modern Gator case (shown). This sax is ready to play!

These horns never quite achieved the fame that the Selmer Mark VI did (which is reflected in the price) making this a superb value for the advanced student or professional.
