This guitar was formerly owned by Ian Fowles of the Aquabats and has had some great upgrades/modifications.
Has Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder pickups, a higher quality black pickguard, and features double volume knobs, one for each pick up. The Seymour Duncan’s are much better pickups than default MIJ jazzmaster ones.
Easily the best sounding jazzmaster I’ve heard and has a cool history to it. Selling because I need to pay tuition for college.
$1600 is a fair price given the the upgrades and modifications. I may consider a reasonable offer.
