The freight cost listed is valid only for the Continental US. We do not ship freight collect or with a provided account number.

All items shipped within the Continental USA are shipped via professional freight companies. All Items require a signature upon delivery. We must ship to the confirmed address provided with the payment.

Upon receiving your item, please do not dispose of any packing materials until you are certain you are happy with the products.

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) for any reason, please call or email the store for return authorization instructions within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is damaged in shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours.

In the instance of shipping damage, a refund will be issued only AFTER the product(s) are inspected and returned to us by the delivery company with all ORIGINAL packing materials.

All return authorizations will be processed within 72 hours of merchandise being returned to the store.

Only the item’s original purchase price is refundable, regardless of your reason for return. The cost of delivery is not. You are required to pay all return freight charges, including insurance and tracking.

We do not offer partial refunds or repair reimbursements on any items.

ALL items sold Internationally are sold AS IS and are NOT RETURNABLE.

Items are fully tested prior to shipping and are described as accurately as possible! If a clarification is not made via email or in the item description, please do not bid based upon your personal assumptions.
