Pearl Peter Criss 1970’s KISS Alive 2 Drum Set Black/Chrome 14-Piece Fiberglass Concert Tom Drums

1970’s Pearl Peter Criss KISS Alive 2 / Love Gun 14-piece Black/Chrome custom fiberglass drum set. Up for sale here is just the 14 drums and 5 double tom stands. The cymbals/gong,snare/cymbal stands are not included! This is a kit I made back in the 1990’s for my Kiss tribute band Shock Me. It is all vintage Pearl drums that I had rewrapped in black then had them custom misted with Alsa MirraChrome paint and clear coat. The MirraChrome paint sells for $1,499.00 a gallon, so it is pretty good quality chrome paint and has a nice shimmer effect. The drums are in good shape but do have some scratches here and there as I did do about 6 shows with this kit. I know some of the rims, floor Tom legs and at least one muffle is not original and two of the drums don’t have the Pearl badges.The bearing edges are in good condition and the heads have a lot of life left in them and some are new. This is great sounding set of drums and a lot of fun to play but a little more than I need. It would be perfect for someone wanting to start a KISS tribute band or a fan of a lot of drums and the great classic sound of vintage Pearl fiberglass drums.
