Vintage 1960s Epiphone Hardshell Electric Guitar Case

Offering in USED CONDITION... a vintage EPIPHONE HARDSHELL ELECTRIC GUITAR CASE
this may fit an Epiphone Coronet or Wilshire but we are not sure
Typical wear and tear for a fifty year old case. There is some minor wear to the gold lining. See pictures. Outer dimensions: Height is 39 and 3/4 inches. Width is 14 and 1/2 inches at the widest part of the bottom. Inner dimensions: Height is 38 and 1/2 inches. Width is 13 and 1/2 inches at the widest part of the bottom. Provenance unknown but we are pretty sure this case dates from the early to mid 1960's. We can't find a case with this particular Epiphone logo anywhere on the internet so we are unable to determine its' age by that method. And it is possible, although remote, that the owner added the Epiphone logo to the case himself and if that was the case then it may not be an Epiphone case at all (but it certainly housed an Epiphone guitar). So all of you vintage guitar collectors out there please contact us if you can provide any details or shed any further light on its' origins. Thanks!
