Electrosonic Thermosonic 2007 Blue Boutique Handwired EL34 Combo With Weber Thames

For my mom's Birthday a special price drop!

Excellent condition(Really Mint Condition) 2007 Electrosonic Thermosonic boutique custom handwired amplifier. Single-ended EL34 construction with TMB and volume comtrols for 15w Class A power.

Forced to sell due to family emergency

This retro-futuristic combo design with angled legs houses a custom built-to-spec hand wired 15 watt all tube tone powerhouse that must be seen and heard to be believed. Sweet, chiming clean tones. Huge, broad spectrum of on edge tones, good for playing dynamics. At max, the sound is thick and chunky with an aggressive punch. 12AX7 preamp, EL34 output, 5AR4 tube rectifier, 3-Band tone controls, Weber 10" ceramic/neo Thames speaker with Weber BeamBlocker. Pine cab, Blue Durabak coating, and pearl white accents. This custom model also has the VERY RARE Electrolight system. The entire interior glows bright blue when turned on, and illuminates through the lexan windows. Also note the display window on the side that elegantly exposes the circuitry and meticulous craftsmanship.

This was the Electrosonic featured amp for 2007 on the Thermosonic page of the website, and featured in a couple of online gear articles.

Electrosonic was based in Boonville, Indiana and made a splash in the exploding boutique tube amplifier market but has since gone out of business. There is very little information out there now about the company or the specific amplifier models except for old online reviews and articles.

Josh at Electrosonic provided you basic amplifier designs and an à la carte menu of options to custom build each amplifier to specifications of the client. He also offered modifications that could be selected for the type of amp the customer wanted to purchase.

The Class-A answer to the coveted 18 watt Class-AB amp, the Thermosonic Custom added clarity and headroom for detail-oriented recording artists looking for a big tone in a small package. This provides unheard-of headroom and dynamic range in a small amp at surprising volumes, making it the perfect choice for recording and home use, and makes an amazing pedal platform for the guitarist with discerning tastes.

I am the 2nd owner of this amp. It has less than 100 hours on it and still sounds as good as the day it was purchased. Josh and previous owner worked closely together to get the best possible sound for a number of months before committing to the design and build.
Electrosonics are now becoming collectors' items, and this small package is as much a piece of art and decor as it is an amazing functional amplifier. Finally get an amp for the living room that your wife doesn't mind the look of!

Check all photos before making an offer and inquire with any questions you may have. I'm not to happy to sell it, but a family situation is more important(mentioned other listings). As such, there are no returns on the item, but it is in excellent condition, fully functional with no issues, and has been babied since day 1 - always in a climate-controlled, non-smoking environment. This is the ONLY one of its kind. It was completely custom, and the only one with TMB controls and EL34 output, and one of the only Thermosonics with the Electrolight system.

Furniture style legs can be removed and will be taken off, wrapped, and secured for shipping. I will have the amp professionally packed and shipped

You may never see another one of these again, let alone up for sale. People rarely sell their Electrosonics, so don't miss your chance to own this amazing amplifier
