Two Nine Five is a direct descendant of the Buchla Model 295, a 10 channel fixed filter bank which acts much like a comb filter.
Featuring a highpass, lowpass, and 8 resonant bandpass filters with unique center frequencies tuned to the discrimination curve of the human ear, Two Nine Five can take harmonically rich sounds and pare them down with interesting tonal movements.
Individual outputs allow you to send bands to separate destinations while the SUM output lets you mix every band down to one signal.
