Tim Shaw pickups of the 80s have a great reputation as being
as close to an original PAF for a fraction of the cost.
These pickups came stock in higher end Gibson guitars since late 1980 -1985.
This zebra pickup's ink stamp is 138 381 (the "1" is under the silver "pat Appl For" sticker). It has an ohm reading of 7.24 on my Fluke 77
The pickup lead has been replaced with 12 inch lead.
Restore your 80s Gibson back to original - or - put the best pickup for the
money into your project.
