For sale is a Cortez four string bass. Made in Japan by Matsumoko in the early part of the 1970s. Body looks to be ash, and the neck is maple. Very nicely made, typical Matumoko quality. 32" scale neck. The neck is straight. Single pickup. Pots are clean. Pickguard is original and has no damage. Original tone and volume knobs. On the backside the clear finish has worn off, just to the bottom right of the neck plate. Come with hard shell case.
