Overview
One of the first entries in the ES (Electric Spanish) line from Gibson, the ES-100 eventually evolved into the ES-125. The ES-100 used a blade-style pickup and an X-braced spruce top. While less playable than some of the later ES model guitars, the ES-100 is of interest to collectors for its historical significance.
