This is a rare red label, made in Japan, and highly sought-after collectible instrument! This may be the rarest Nippon Gakki red label FG 180 of its vintage on Ebay! DON'T LET THIS ONE GET AWAY! The YAMAHA logo is bright and crisp. Serial number appears to indicate a 1969 model. This guitar has a rich history, it was played for many years at the Kerrville, Texas Folk Festival. Country Joe and the Fish made a sensational stand at Woodstock playing an FG! Playing this guitar, I get very emotional when I hear its brilliant and balanced projection.

DO NOT confuse this model with the 50th anniversary copies that are also out on the market. This is the original!

This instrument has been played lovingly, so it has some blemishes appropriate for a guitar of its vintage.
