About This Listing

2002 Epiphone ELITE Les Paul Cherry Burst

These guitars are beautifully made and really are "second to none."

This one is like new except for a few tiny scratches near the switch cover.
Strap buttons were swapped out for strap locks and the "Made in Japan" sticker was removed.
I bought this guitar from a mechanic that was owed money. He took it as payment and put it under the bed. It must have been played or was intended to be played because it's got strap locks, but it's just shiney all over. Just beautiful!
Made in 2002, Serial number F200743.
Very rare to find an "Elite" not an "Elitist" that's like new.
9 1/2 out of 10 - really.
Flamey, spalted maple Cherry Burst top.
Comes with the original hard shell case, with 2 keys. Has a scuff near the upper bout latch, no charge.
This guitar is going to be worth a lot of money one day. I've not seen one better.
If you don't have an Epiphone Elite or Elitist Les Paul, you're missing out on THE most affordable modern representation, replica even, of the 1959 Les Paul Standard "Burst". These were made like they were in 1959. A true masterpiece. Made by true craftsmen. A thing of beauty. Stunning.
Put your hands on one of these, play it. It feels, plays and looks incredible!
