This instrument will be great for a classical guitar student or a serious amateur player on a budget. It is a beautiful luthier-built cedar top Grand Concert that was made in 1996 at Yamaha’s esteemed Kaoshiung Workshop in Taiwan.
It is in very good condition and was refurbished in 2009 by a professional luthier (see below for details).
You will find video recordings of the GD10C and its spruce top sibling, the GD10, online. It is worth listening to them, to get an idea of this instrument’s lovely tone, expressiveness and projection.
The GD10C is comparable to Yamaha’s current GC22C.
