WARRANTY POLICY:
All items comes with 1-year store warranty.
In the case of any issue buyer should contact us and get the address and Return Authorization Form. Then buyer have to return the item to the store at his own cost with attached Return Authorization Form. After we receive the item, we check the reasons and if the issue is covered by warranty we will change the item to the new one. If we will not have the item in stock buyer have to wait until we will receive it from the manufacturer. We will invoice the buyer for shipping back repaired/changed item and after payment received we will send item back to the buyer.
If the item we received is damaged and it is not covered by warranty - we check the possibility to repair it and will contact buyer with repair cost. After repair cost and shipping back cost will be paid we will ship the item back to the buyer.

RETURN POLICY:
You can return any item if you are not satisfied with it during 14 days after receiving. After you decided to initiate return procedure - please contact us to get the address and Return Authorization Form. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, including full package and accessories. Buyer pay for shipping back to us at his own cost. In the case of return buyer also have to pay for the original shipping from us to buyer, even if the shipping cost was included in the price of item and shipping was marked as "free". After we receive the item our specialist will checking the condition and up to 20% restocking fee will be applied with his resolution. Money back will be initiated within 14 working days after resolution made.
The following products cannot be returned – Clearance items, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, Apple hardware, computers, opened software, electronic software downloads, books, CDs, videos, turntable cartridges, tubes, in ear buds, earplugs and in ear monitors, fog fluid, harmonicas, cleaning products, demo gear, microphones, special orders -- both custom/special orders and items we don’t stock.
