TAMA TW-07 "twangtonized"
This TAMA TW07 Dreadnought has a special history. It was born as a typical dreadnought in Japan in the 70s, then came to Germany and ended up with us in the 2000s. We built in the high-quality Shadow Dual System with piezo and magnetic pickups that can be adjusted in balance. She was also repainted in a very special finish.
And then its real story began: We wanted to send it around the world with musicians who are a lot on the road. And we wanted her to tell stories that the musicians experienced with her. After all, she had been on the road in the USA, Germany and France for three to four years, and there was a website and a blog about this TAMA TW07, which we called RED GUITAR TRAVELING. Anyway: Now she has been back home for some time and is supposed to take the next step. Because she doesn't want to retire.
The TW07 is a typical dreadnought with a solid spruce top and a mahogany body. It has the Shadow Dual System, which sounds very good, and comes in an ultra-stable Hiscox case. It plays great, it was played a lot (what you see) and is a reliable partner in all situations.
