Sakshama D alto piece, inspired by the famous Dukoff D7 piece, built in Queens NY.

When I tried this piece I didn't want to like it. It's a 'high baffle' piece and similar to the one David Sanborn enjoys. I played it for a while and feel kinda weird and a bit guilty. I sounded as close to Sanborn as I ever have and.....I liked it.....

These are bronze cast so they are MUCH stronger than the original 'Silverite'.

This piece is new. Sakshama never sold it, he traded me some pieces for a horn I was selling. So I can offer it to you at a smaller price than new.

Sakshama makes fantastic pieces. This one is his own words has the back of the baffle curved more like the 'M' series to take off some of the edge and generate richer overtones.

And that is one of the things I like about this piece. It's really rich like all of his pieces!

When you get it in the mail you have 3 days to blast off and decide if it's for you. I'm probably pickier than most so I understand. Your only risk is return shipping.

If you live outside of the country I can't offer a return. Sorry, too long of a journey poses too many risk.

Please ask any questions before buying. Please see video demo! I'm no Sanborn but do play nice, and think he's one of the coolest cats in the city too....
