Vintage 1969 Martin D45, Brazilian Rosewood Acoustic Guitar, Stunning!

For sale is a stunning 1969 Brazilian Rosewood Martin D45. There were only 229 Brazilian Rosewood guitars made in this second incarnation of the D45.
We have never seen or heard a guitar on this level before, and we have seen some great ones. The sound is definitely "Wow!" It has a beautiful open tone and sound, which is very well balanced. 
It has exquisite bookmatched Brazilian Rosewood on the back and sides, with an Ebony fingerboard and bridge. The boxed endpiece inlay identifies this guitar as an authentic 1969 Martin D45.
The neck has not been reset, but the neck angle is still very good. It plays very well with comfortable action overall. From the 10th fret and above, it has more of a medium action. The frets are in excellent condition. The neck relief is very good, it is straight with very little relief. It is not underbowed. 
This guitar is 100% original, with the original hardshell case. The case is in great working condition, and we also have the keys to the case. The only thing that has been replaced is the saddle. There is a strap button in the heel. 
We have researched this guitar with Martin, and according to their records, the neck block was stamped with the serial number on July 3, 1969. The Martin factory only has this original record for the guitar, it was never sent back to the factory or had any warranty repairs done.

The guitar has only had two owners. It was sold to the second owner in 1974. Paperwork includes:

• A photocopy of the acknowledgement of warranty registration, signed by Frank Martin
  
• The bill of sale from the original owner to the second owner in 1974
• A letter addressed to Martin from the original owner, notifying them that the guitar was transferred to a new owner

• Classifed ads listing Martins from 1974

Condition Details:

There is no excessive lacquer checking or finish wear. The finish does show a few minor scratches and dents, but for an instrument that is over 40 years old, it is in incredible condition.
There was a hairline crack in the neck heel, however, it appears to be superficial and surface only. We cannot detect any movement in the crack, so it may have been glued at one point, but we can't detect any evidence of repair. 
The guitar stays in tune, and the heel is intact. 
On the top below the bridge, there seems to be some finish shrinkage on the center seam of the spruce top. There also seems to be some minor separation. However, there is no detectable movement to this, it is very minor.
