This is an original H.S. Anderson mad cat with Fender Lawsuit Headstock. The same guitar Prince Used in Purple Rain and during the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Ceremony for My Guitar Gently Weeps. Prince played this type of guitar at almost every show he ever performed live.
This is a Gem from the past. Fewer than 500 were ever made.
