This has been in my smoke-free home for the past few years and is simply in excellent condition. The frets have little to no sign of wear - amazing smooth fret ends too. Body and neck have no nicks, dings, and only slight signs of use. The neck pocket has no cracks or anything like that (photos of neck pocket area show some glare and dust ... but it is actually very clean).
It has an after-market mint green pick guard. I will include original pick guard. Pickups and hardware all original
