The a stands for ash the D stands for stock Dimarzio pick ups, paf in the neck, super distortion in the bridge. with a factory Phase switch. Ebony Fretboard 24 frets thin neck profile. All original except the bridge . When i got it the bridge was terrible i had a Tuneamatic put on it plays great intonation is awesome.
