FG180 50th ANNIVERSARY!
It has been 50 years since Yamaha introduced the original FG180 which quickly became the first love of countless musicians. Its iconic Red Label represented the heart of the instrument - a beautiful, soulful tone that has come to define Yamaha's acoustic guitars.
Now, Yamaha is proud to recognize the FG180's milestone anniversary with the FG180-50th which comes in a run of just 180 guitars. It has a pairing of Solid Sitka spruce top with scalloped X bracing on a solid mahogany body with rosewood, cream and black binding. Other appointments include a black/white/cream ABS soundhole rosette, urea nut and saddle, open gear chrome tuners, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and a black pickguard.
This re-issue is a true collector's edition that will take you back to where your passion for music began.
