RARE Vintage
1960's (or early 70’s) Hollowbody Electric Guitar (possibly Teisco or similar)
.
The biggest bright point
about the guitar is that it has had it’s bridge replaced with an ACTUAL GIBSON TUNOMATIC
BRIDGE! (cost me $125!) Because of the bridge, the guitar plays GREAT and has
very LOW ACTION, so it’s an actual VERY PLAYEABLE GUITAR (apposed to most
guitars of it’s kind!).
The guitar has some (very cool) signs of age (see pictures).
All of the electronics are original and they all work great.
The tuners are original and work fine.
The Guitar is possibly missing the original pick guard.
The guitar does not come with a case unfortunately.
The only reason I'm
selling it is because I just don't need it with everything else taking up space
here at the house.
Cosmetically
the guitar is in good shape. There are just 2 issues cosmetically:
a.
There is a bit of missing binding in the top left
cutaway which you can’t see from the front of the guitar.(see picture)
b.
The second issue is there are just a few scratches
around the left middle at the “F Hole) (see picture)
Otherwise a
few other “normal” scratches and wear typical of a guitar of this vintage.
HAPPY
HUNTING!
