USA made Peavey Foundation 2000 5 string bass, with 2 VFL pickups. The neck is straight,very good action. All the frets are in excellent condition, with no wear, . The foundation 2000 has a bolt-on neck, with 5 bolts, and a string-thru body, and both pickups and pots are in working order. The body has no significant wear (see pics). This looks like it was a closet queen bass. Could use a new set of strings but they are playable as is.
