This guitar is Gibson’s foray into the SHRED ERA…
The 1980’s put brands like Ibanez, ESP, Charvel and Jackson on the map-
Most of the top bands of the time were using “shred style” guitars- and Gibson had to keep up-
So they came up with an offset double cutaway guitar with a Humbucker
and two single coil pickups. Each has an on/off switch. The Humbucker
has a coil tap.

There is a Kahler bridge and note that it looks like there had been some repair work done to that area- see the picture….
