The Master Room xl-210 is a really smooth dark vintage sounding spring reverb that's not too springy. To my ears it shares the sonic character of a plate and spring with really nice long decays if you want it.
This unit, to my ears, can fill the void of an AKG BX20 or Orban all day long.
