I’ve decided to sell my Ode Model D. This is a wonderful sounding banjo! Anyone familiar with Ode banjos knows their distinct sound. This banjo brought me lots of joy, I toured with it from the late 1990s through early 2000s. It has normal wear but sounds amazing! It’s can be played delicately or hold its own in any bluegrass situation. The only reason I have it listed as good condition is because of small nicks here and there, it has some pieces of inlay missing, all cosmetic, it could use a fret job at some point although it doesn’t buzz at all. It’s a canon sonically. New head and Sosebee 5/8ths bridge. I’ve been reluctant about offering it up for sale, but need to do some house cleaning. Please feel free to ask any questions. Make me an offer! Thanks for looking!
