I have the real thing, and I have two of these, and have tried the others.
Although the Pulse Techniques unit in my opinion is the bomb, it will take years of wear and tear to make it sound like a vintage unit.
These Cartecs sound the closest to my vintage Pultec unit but they are not matched, so I am selling one of them.
They are both early models and handmade, sound very close to each other, and sound Great!
And yes they are really as clean as the pictures suggest.
This is early in my Reverb experience and I want to make sure the buyer is happy,so I will sell the nicest one. (serial# may be different)
