API 7800 Master Module

This is a used API 7800 Master Module near mint condition that I used as our DAW front end - it is the master section of the Legacy/Legacy Plus consoles put into a single rack unit, and is a great way to deal with monitoring, mixing, talkback and metering.  It was originally designed to work in tandem with the 7600 and 8200, though when I started doing my research when we got serious about mixing, this seemed like the best compliment to our summing mixer, monitoring and mixing goals.  I ended up getting this when we upgraded to our Apogee Symphony, and it has not disappointed.  It has the ability to switch between multiple sets of control room monitors, sum to mono for mix checks, a L/R cut for checking stereo density, talkback mic input & dim, talkback footswitch capability, studio space playback monitors/live room talkback.  I would say this is one piece of gear that is essential for a working professional studio that does not have a console - we managed before without it, but it really changed the game with studio workflow, and is a great piece of gear for folks stepping into the next level.  This was in service until late last year, and his been racked and covered since then.
