LOCAL PICK-UP
For customers who pick-up orders from our storefront (118 S Genesee St, Waukegan IL 60085), shipping fees will be refunded. All in-stock merchandise (pre-ordered as well) besides acoustic pianos qualify for this offer. E-mail drew@familypiano.com as soon as possible after completing your order to coordinate this.

PIANO SHIPPING
Shipping a purchased acoustic piano (or a heavier digital piano) will require third-party professional piano movers who must be paid at the time of the piano's purchase. For local customers inside the Lake, Cook, and Kenosha counties of IL and WI (respectively), the shipping quote may be significantly lower, and if this is the case, please e-mail drew@familypiano.com to coordinate a refund. Additional fees may apply depending on the difficulty and of the move, and this is determined by the movers on a case-by-case basis. In all cases, we strongly recommend contacting us before purchasing any kind of piano. Moreover, signing up for Family Piano's Rent-to-Own program is not available online as it requires policy agreement.

IN-STOCK MERCHANDISE
Products are shipped out same day if order is processed by 1:30PM CST, Mon – Thu, excluding holidays. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. Shipments usually arrive within 2 - 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please note this range will vary depending on your location. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code, along with the tracking number. Only standard ground shipping and delivery are available. Shipments may be sent via UPS, USPS, or FedEX.

CUSTOM ORDERS & BACKORDERS
If the merchandise you have purchased is currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout, or by a follow-up email. All other policies for in-stock merchandise still apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the 48 continental United States states at this time.
