Tested and working, sounding bigger and better than many similar looking PSS's, in good condition for its age.

Only noticeable cosmetic flaws to note are: minor superficial heat damage/scratching near the left speaker, some similar marks on the back of the keyboard and some hardened tape residue on one of the sides - but please check the photos carefully and get in touch with any queries

Supplied with non-original PSU. Great for circuit bending (or so I believe)!

One of the first sample-based Portatones by Yamaha - with Vector Synth Joystick, 4 Sound Effect Pads, 8 Percussion Pads, very steady 8-track sequencer, 80 extensive accompaniment styles, 100 very good sounds (sampled from other Yamaha instruments, but in such a way that you will not find them in any other keyboard) Pitch Bend Wheel which can also be used as Modulation, Tempo, Tempo/Pitch Wheel, MIDI in/out/thru, in excellent condition. Very rare, nice sounds and very usable.

- 80 accompaniment patterns, something for everyone, with Intro, Fill In 1, Fill In 2, Bridge, Ending, Synchro Start/Stop, Start/Stop, Fade In/Out and Synchro Break, three variations per style (Small, Medium or Large Orchestration).

- Choice of Single Fingered and Fingered to drive the accompaniment patterns with

- Voice Effects: Volume, Harmony, Sustain, Reverb

- 8 Track Sequencer to record and play back your own compositions

- A lot of MIDI possibilities: MIDI Clock Recieve, MIDI Bulk Dump, very steady sequencer which does not stagger, no matter how much MIDI data is sent or received, and mainly the Vector Synth Joystick, with which you can make a blend between the first four MIDI channels, is very cool or to drive other synths with.
