  This is the NEVE Capricorn from my studio. It is currently up and running. This will include a large load out  of 32 mic pre's 12 Con Cards (192 paths) 5 EQ cards (160 Eq's and filters) 3 DRC cards (96 Compressor limiters) It also includes cables as well as a custom XLR patchbay for some smart patch points. The console also includes a fully loaded 32 I/O rack for getting your favorite outboard in and out. I'm also including 4 crown amps for powering the 4 independent stereo cue mixes. I'm also including 4 Simon Systems CB4 headphone boxes. Basically this is a turn key system ready to go. I'd also be willing too sell my computer setup with this for a complete turnkey solution. We are happy to help with installation as well straining for an additional fee. I'm happy to give phone support whenever for free. We still own 3 of these consoles and use them so we know how to keep them running and set them up. These are not boards you can buy from somebody who has never had one up and running.

    Probably the best digital console ever made. Extremely intuitive operation. Excellent sounding mic pre's and compressors. This board sounds analog!! Do some net searches and see what many have to say about the audio quality offered by these boards. I'd put this board up against any other for sound quality. It shows that properly designed analog circuits feeding the A/D even at lower sampling rates can still sound far superior to high sampling modern designs.

    This board is sold standard with a DSP rack fitted with 12 Con cards (16 paths per card), 5 EQ cards (160 EQ's), 3 DRC Compressor cards (96 compressor/limiters) and 2 MADI I/O cards. More cards available for extra.

The setup also includes 2-Mic racks (32 mic pres), 1-Analog I/O (32 analog in/outs), 1-AES rack, 1 monitor rack and 1 tape rack. More racks for expansion are available for purchase.

Does not include script holder or speaker/ monitor stands.

From the NEVE site: Capricorn was the worlds first large format digital console (up to 256 signal paths), and was manufactured between 1993 (Abbey Road being the first) and 2001.
105 Capricorns were manufactured, many of which are still in use today in Music, Broadcast and Post production applications.
The CXS Surround option introduced in the late 1990's gave the Capricorn both 5.1 and 7.1 surround capability.
As with most AMS Neve legacy products, replacement parts and support are still available from the factory - extra I/O and DSP cards can still be purchased, as well as possible upgrade options.
