This is a longscale bass but since it is a 4 string the scale is 36.25"-34". Dingwall fixed the design of the thunderbird, this bass is balanced on the strap (no neck dive) and fun/easy to play and has a HUGE sound. Passive electronics, 4 pickup settings that provide some versatile tones.
I took delivery of this fine bass a couple of months ago and it has literally been played 4 times due to preparing to sell a house, moving, trying to set-up the new house (nowhere near done) AND having little children.
Includes case, tools +anything else that came with it. I have the original shipping box too.
