Music Man Vintage Stingray 1 Electric Guitar 1977 Ebony w Hardshell Case

Well, here is a killer deal for someone out there!

This is a Vintage 1977 Music Man (Pre Ernie Ball Leo Fender Era) Stingray 1 guitar in Ebony.

The guitar is fully functional, has the original active preamp that sounds and works great, and looks killer!  Honest vintage mojo.

The reason we have it priced at 50% of what most retailers would value this at is simply because the frets are worn.

The guitar plays now, and nowhere does it completely 'fret out', but a really discriminating player would want more fret than the originals are currently providing and so this will need some attention sooner or later.

We tried doing a partial dress on it, so the frets currently are all shiney and polished at the high frets, but they are so wide that there just wasnt a lot to work with.

Hey!  That being said, if your playing style doesnt require perfect fretwork, the guitar plays okay now, and sounds killer!  And even if you do opt for a full pro Re-Fret, you will still have a killer vintage stingray for less than what all vintage shops are selling these for!
