Up for sale is an outstanding set with matched pair of AKG C28 first revision nuvistor tube microphones with AKG C30A assembly and AKG CK28 early years of production capsules. Both mics comes with the original AKG N12 power supply units with rare AKG connectors. Made in Austria in 1969. This mics become famous after The Beatles used them in their Rooftop perfomance in 1969. Also used by many other famous musicians such as Joni Mitchell. Sounds warmer and fatter than you can ever imagine! This pair really worth an attention! Both mics were in very careful use in our smoke free studio. Used on overheads mostly. Despite the small size of the diaphragm this ones sounds on vocals like the mics with a large diaphragm. Very fat and warm sound with balanced frequency response. It`s impossible to find a similar set on the aftermarket, so don`t waste the time, make an offer now! Full set includes everything you can see in the pictures.
