Very Rare, Vintage Garnet amp made in Canada. This is the original and authentic "Woman Tone" as heard on the Guess Who's, "American Woman" and "No Time". The Herzog was deigned by Gar Gilles and Randy Bachman. Technically this is a preamp and you plug your guitar into it and then plug directly into another amp or PA. The Herzog gets the tone and sustain while the other amp or PA is used to get the desired volume. In the 70's Garnet teamed up with Aria Pro for marketing so this is called the Herzog Pro II and was made at the garnet amp factory in Canada.. So if you love that beautiful sustain like American Woman that goes on and on and on, smooth as butter, this will be a tone monster to ad to your rig. I've played it through a 5F6A bassman and a small 7 watt tube amp and it delivers that great never ending smooth, overdriven sustain and saturation as heard in the Guess Who and Bachman, Turner Overdrive through big and small amps. It sounds great with a telecaster, as well as with an SG with humbuckers. If shipped outside the continental US, shipping charges with be adjusted for international shipping and any tariff's that may apply. The Herzog is perfectly operational, and in great shape at 42 years of age. There is some tolex scuffing as shown in pictures
